Check-in & Check-out Policies

  • βœ“ Required: Valid ID proof, booking confirmation
  • βœ“ Payment: Balance payment due at check-in (if not paid in advance)

Check-out

  • βœ“ Late Check-out: Available on request (subject to availability, may incur charges)
  • βœ“ Room Inspection: Please allow time for room inspection
  • βœ“ Luggage: Can be stored if needed (please inform staff)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • βœ“ Less than 3 days: No refund (but we can reschedule based on availability)

Refund Process

  • β€’ Refund method: Same as payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.)
  • β€’ Processing fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • β€’ Please contact us for cancellation requests

Rescheduling

  • β€’ Rescheduling available based on availability
  • β€’ No additional charges for rescheduling (subject to availability)
